What we collect
- Your name and email (to deliver your order)
- The photo you upload (to process and deliver your order)
- Payment information via Polar (we do not see or store card details)
- Anonymous analytics (page views, no personal data)
What we don't collect
- We don't create accounts. There is no password to forget.
- We don't track you across the web. No third-party ad cookies.
- We don't sell, share, or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep data
- Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours of payment, or 24 hours from upload if no payment is made.
- Processed photos: deleted 7 days after delivery.
- Order records (name, email, amount, order ID): retained for 7 years as required by accounting and tax regulations.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data: email support@getpassphoto.com.
- Request deletion of your data: email support@getpassphoto.com. We'll delete everything except records we are legally required to retain (order records for tax purposes).
