Terms of Service

GetPassPhoto is a digital tool that helps customers format their own photos to US State Department passport photo specifications. We:

• Do not guarantee acceptance by any government agency. Acceptance is determined by the issuing authority. We do offer a 100% refund if a photo is rejected (see Refund Policy).
• Do not store original uploaded photos beyond 24 hours.
• Do not share customer data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (payment processing via Polar, email delivery via Resend).
• Process payments through Polar Software, Inc., who acts as merchant of record.

By using GetPassPhoto, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the photo you upload, that it is a photo of yourself or someone you are authorised to apply for travel documents on behalf of, and that you will not use our service to create fraudulent or misleading identity documents.

This service is not affiliated with the US Department of State or any government agency.
