Refund Policy
We refund any order under these conditions:
- Your passport, visa, or ID application is rejected because of the photo we delivered. Forward us the rejection notice — refund issued within 24 hours, automatically, no further questions.
- Your photo is corrupted, undeliverable, or otherwise unusable.
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase with a reason we judge reasonable. (We're an indie team. We refund liberally.)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Polar and arrive in 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
